🧑‍🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Program Officer

Postgraduate in disciplines like Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Public Health, Law, Public Administration, etc., or

Graduate in these fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Minimum 55% in the qualifying degree

Account Officer

Master’s in Commerce (M.Com.) or MBA (Finance)

Minimum 55% marks

Note: All candidates must have basic computer proficiency, and relevant work experience is preferred.

✅ Program Officer:

• Education: Postgraduate Degree in MSW, Psychology, Law, Human Rights, Public Health, or related fields
• Desirable: Experience in child protection or social development sector

✅ Account Officer:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
• Skills: Tally or other accounting software preferred
• Desirable: At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience

• Recent passport-size photograph (2 copies)
• Aadhar card or ID proof
• Educational qualification certificates
• Experience certificates (if any)
• Age proof (Birth certificate / 10th certificate)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
