🧑 Nationality

Eligible candidates must be:

• Indian citizens
• Or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan
• Or Tibetan refugees settled in India before January 1, 1962

🎂 Age Limit (as on 1st August 2025)

• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 35 years

🎓 Educational Qualification (as on 25th August 2025)

• Full-time MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBA / PGPM (2-year programs) from recognized institutes
• Desirable: Certifications like NISM, IRDAI, AMFI, NCFM, CFP, etc.

🛠️ Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Wealth Management in banks, NBFCs, broking firms, or AMCs
• Must have worked at Officer or Manager level

🗂️ Job Role & Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated Relationship Manager for HNI & affluent clients
• Grow client base and manage end-to-end wealth portfolio
• Offer investment, insurance, and financial products tailored to client needs
• Achieve targets related to Total Relationship Value (TRV) and Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Maintain documentation, handle portfolio reviews, and ensure compliance
• Conduct financial awareness events/seminars

💰 Salary, Benefits & Bond Terms

• Scale: MMGS‑II
• Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – 93,960 (with increments)
• Annual CTC: Approx. ₹21 Lakhs in metro cities (includes allowances & perks)
• Probation Period: 2 years
• Service Bond: ₹2,50,000 + GST (3 years mandatory service)

📝 Selection Process

Stage 1: Online Written Test (Total: 150 Questions – 225 Marks – 150 Minutes)

• Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer

Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD)

• Total Marks: 50
• Qualifying Marks: 25

Stage 3: Personal Interview (PI)

• Total Marks: 50
• Qualifying Marks: 25

Final selection will be based on performance in Online Test, GD, and Interview.
