🧑🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Program Officer
Postgraduate in disciplines like Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Public Health, Law, Public Administration, etc., or
Graduate in these fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Minimum 55% in the qualifying degree
Account Officer
Master’s in Commerce (M.Com.) or MBA (Finance)
Minimum 55% marks
Note: All candidates must have basic computer proficiency, and relevant work experience is preferred.
✅ Program Officer:
- Education: Postgraduate Degree in MSW, Psychology, Law, Human Rights, Public Health, or related fields
- Desirable: Experience in child protection or social development sector
✅ Account Officer:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Skills: Tally or other accounting software preferred
- Desirable: At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
